Room cleaned daily, good value for money. Likes: the staff were quick to resolve the hot water issue, and the location was a 20-minute walk to the beach/strip. An added bonus was the daily cleaning of the room.
Shower leaks everywhere, and could hear noise from outside. the hotel location was far from the major Patong beach area.

It was only a short distance to Simon Cabaret. The hotel stands in the central location. The staff was great providing the information.

Most of the hotel staff were very nice. The wifi worked very well. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast is good.
The water in the shower didnt always work. When I looked at the map on www.Booked.net it looked like the hotel was near the beach, and in the description it says its a 5 minute walk from the shopping center. It is actually a 30 minute walk and it is very far from the beach, the location on the map online is incorrect. I told the hotel staff about this when I arrived which was over 5 weeks ago but it has not been corrected. It also says there is a shuttle bus but they dont have one. The staff will drive you down to the beach in there cars at 11am, 1pm or 3pm but to get back you either have to walk or get a taxi. I stayed here for 3 weeks so getting taxis was too expensive. If you dont mind walking its a good hotel, but if you want to be in the center of the town do not stay here.

The hotel's location down the alleys near Patong beach was perfect for me. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, making communication easy. The cleanliness of the rooms and the beautiful decoration added to the overall experience.
No negatives from this place.

What can I say about this hotel except that it was absolutely fantastic :). We checked in at 1:00 am due to a delayed flight and the lady at the reception welcomed us with a huge smile and got us to our room in less than 2 minutes. Extremely friendly staff, the location is fantastic about a 10 minute walk to Patong beach and 15 minutes to Bangla Road. Plenty of shopping and eating places close by. Would stay here again next time I am in Phuket.

The owner, she, was a very lovely person. With her you feel at home. She has two lovely and large dogs that I walked while I was there, and that was really good exercise and thrilling for me. The rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable. Inside each room is this huge bathtub in which one could really relax and share with another mate if one chooses to. Use your imagination there. I am planning to return in December and will station this place as my home base as I travel again within Thailand. By renting a motorbike, you can get to any of the three main beaches in the area.(Patong, Kata, and Karon) Try it and you will love as I did.
No elevators. But walking up and down wasn't bad at all. Turned out to be good exercise.

Room is spacious and the hotel is cheap.
Even a 10 yrs taxi driver cant find where the hotel is. There is dust mite bitting us. You can hear the water dropping sound from other floors. No lift, although I only stay at first floor. And in Phuket, if you wish to travel from this hotel to Bangla road, it cost you 200baht per trip even it only takes 5 mins ride.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Thailand that exceeded my expectations. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and excellent attention to detail. The location was perfect, just outside of the major Patong Beach area, allowing for a peaceful stay while still being close to all the action. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exactly as depicted in the photos, and I loved having a spa bath in my room. Additionally, breakfast was included, making my mornings hassle-free.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

Great value for money, located away from the hustle and bustle but still walking distance to the beach. The room had comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
No elevator and the water pressure wasn't great on the upper floors. The pool was small and not very impressive.

We were taken to another hotel for the first 3 nights of our stay due to overbooking. The other hotel was way beyond rhe quality and price range of our original choice. We did not have any compensation for this inconvinience whatsoever.

The hotel was fantastic the rooms were awesome and the staff more than welcoming and helpful. The food was also very good. We stayed there 10 days and loved everyminute. The owner loves art and you can see it in every room. Highly recommended!
